The data read by this converter is the continuous recording format used by the WinSDR software.

For usage information see the sdr2mseed manual in the 'doc' directory.

In most Unix like environments a simple 'make' will build the program.

For Windows the included Makefile.win can be used with the nmake program included with MS Visual Studio.
