Better-Scrollbar is a Chrome extension that modifies the scrollbar to look more modern than the default Chrome scrollbar. It is highly opinionated so you may or may not like it. It is buggy, especially with the hover effects, so use at your own discretion.

1. Clone this repo to your machine by using git clone https://github.com/CT-66/Better-Scrollbar.git
2. Toggle Developer Mode
3. Go to chrome:https://extensions in your browser
4. Click on Load unpacked and select the folder which you cloned
