Oops, wrong bundle

Updating docs

- Udated version to 2.0.0 for open source release
- Updated copyright & licence notices
- Removed NDA notices in footers
- Accpeted changes and turned off change tracking
- Upgraded docs to remove compatibility mode
- Other minor formatting

Removing now out of date copyright notices. These are supersceeded by…

… the

top-level LICENSE.md file.
