This Program Uses Machine Learning and External Data to operate. This program utilizes the CV2 Python Package and External Machine-Learning HTML Sources to make a visual face mesh (or multiple).

A Just-In-Case Tip: To Install the CV2 Class, simply type (assuming pip is installed and updated):

Windows: pip install cv2-python

Mac: pip3 install cv2-python

The rest of the mentioned packages are intuitive to install.

Ensure you allow your IDE or Terminal to utilize your Front Camera (Recommended) for the best effect.
