Currently in alpha, stability tests are running...

Features:

Reads out Notifications
Choose between Headset, Headphones, Bluetooth and always on
Choose applications from which it reads 'em out
Works with Audiofocus
WakeLocks to work properly when the screen is locked
Start only when screen is locked
App specific profiles
define blacklisted words for title and text app specific
checks for replicas if you wish. Can defined app specific
