While running the website in dev mode, TOC gives a TS error and all pages with TOC will not load #542

Issue:
If you start the website with npm run dev pages with a TOC will not load, as TS throws an error.

This error does not effect the production website, as while compiling the compiler seems to not check any TS errors.

Affected pages:
All pages with a TOC

Suggestions:
No suggestion, fix is on the way!
