Added support for keyfiles using the --keyfile/-k flag.

Additional Information

Keyfiles work in the same manner as passwords. This means that you can now encrypt a file using a password that was manually typed, but assuming you have a keyfile that contains that exact same password, it can be decrypted without user interaction. This is great for if you plan on using eme in scripts.
