By using the new API, the MVN layer can now support 3D blobs, such as those used in 3D UNet. This patch fixes 3D UNet support in caffe.

This removes the use of deprecate blob accessors (e.g. ->channels()), and uses the new -shape() API instead. By using the new API, the MVN layer can now support 3D blobs, such as those
used in 3D UNet. This patch fixes 3D UNet support in caffe.
