Reason for Change:

• Bumping the adal deps to v0.9.18 that contains fix for the aggressive health checks in the prior versions.
  • IMDS health check has been removed from every token request call and instead moved to the Get authorizer. Reference issue: context timeout 500ms for IMDS healthcheck is aggressive go-autorest#660.
