Bicep for Visual Studio Extension No Longer Works with Visual Studio 17.10.2

Describe the bug
The bicep intellisense does not work seem to work any more.

To Reproduce

1. Install the extension.
2. Open a .bicep file.
3. No code completion for properties or api versions is displayed.

I'd like to second that problem. For me it started over a month ago. VS used to be on 17.10.0 and extension on its previous version IIRC. In text editor options UI for Bicep files the auto-completion is disabled:
