VS Version/SKU: 17.11.0 Preview 1.0 [34801.144.main]
Workload: Azure Development
Integrated Azure Tools: 2.9.20240308.1
Bicep Build: 31808

Repro Steps:

  1. Open main.zip file in VS.
  2. View -> Error List.
  3. Check whether there is an error in "Error List".

Expect:
There is an error in "Error List".

Actual:
There is no error in "Error List".
