I've temporarily made this CI check optional to avoid impacting merging of PRs.

Is it a fair assumption that you have needed to keep your workflow modified due to the failure described in microsoft/vstest-action#31?

At first review, the GitHub Action's repo does not appear to have had contributor activity within it since 2022.

Overall, this appears to be stemming from an aka.ms URI trying to direct to a now inaccessible resource that had previously allowed for the download of a ZIP containing required artifacts for executing tests.

If posting this question to you here is against a guideline, please accept my apologies.
