The Door Controller Test Tool allows you to use an Arduino to simulate physical access control devices (peripherals) such as card readers, door sensors, locks, and alarm devices. Because the network-connected Arduino can replace the peripherals that you usually connect to a network door controller, the Door Controller Test Tool can be used for testing physical access control systems (PACS). This makes it possible to automate manual interactions (such as swiping a card or passing a sensor).
