.NET Core 3.1+ for Windows 8 and above.
Windows 7 and below are not officially supported.

Linux

.NET Core 3.1+
Debian 9 (Stretch)+
Ubuntu 16.04+
Fedora 30+
Skia is built against glibc. If your distro uses something else instead, you need to build your own libSkiaSharp.so at https://github.com/mono/SkiaSharp

macOS

.NET Core 3.1+
macOS High Sierra 10.13+
