Add verbatim image file name to <image> tags & image details/edit popup

As per Norm's request:

I need to see the filename for respective photo images in the gallery selections of each profile. These could be titled as 'Filename: xxxxxxxxx.jpg' in the display windows. This would ideally be displayed in both views - non-edited & edited. But in addition, it would be most useful as a popup when hovering over the image itself.
