Hi Matt
This is a proposed change to the signs of quantities used to compute DO and C fluxes under phy respiration and growth. With these changes, NPP is now both negative and positive (day and night) and DO also fluctuates up and down (without the changes, DO monotonically increased as a result of both resp and growth).
There are some rubbish commits of mine in this branch - the SHA you want is:
