Generates a Arecibo style signal in a lightweight web app.
Based on the interstellar radio message sent on 16 November 1974 at the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico.
Click in the draw area on pixels to highlight the shapes you want to "encode". When ready, click generate to get the string consisting of 1 and 0 that contains your message.
Just download and launch index.html.
