Locked is an offline password manager application designed to securely store and manage passwords on desktop platforms using strong encryption methods. It ensures your passwords remain private and accessible only to you.

1. Clone the Repository:

   git clone https://github.com/AbyTed/Locked.git
   cd Locked
   

2. Install Dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

1. Run the Application:

   python main.py
   

2. Adding Passwords:

   • Enter your username, password, and optionally a website name.
   • Click "Submit" to securely store your credentials.

3. Retrieving Passwords:

   • Search for a specific website or scroll through your saved passwords.
   • Copy passwords directly from Locked to paste into login screens.

4. Backup and Restore:

   • Backup your encrypted passwords locally or to a USB drive for safekeeping.
   • Restore from a backup file if needed.

• Master Password: Uses a strong master password for encryption key derivation.
• Encryption: Implements AES-256 encryption for data security.
• Backup: Encourages regular backups of encrypted password data.
