Experiments for IXOMD type algorithms. The algorithms are implemented in the folder agents/, the parameters are contained in the folder configs/.

To run the experiments

    python run_experiment.py --config ./configs/experiments/base_experiments.yaml

To plot the experiments

    python plot.py --config ./configs/experiments/base_experiments.yaml
