Cockpit was created by Artur Heinze in 2013 and has undergone continuous development since then. Cockpit was developed in response to the need for a backend that easily stores material that can be converted to several channels and devices. There was a need for a backend, which necessitated this need. Cockpit was created as a means of overcoming the limitations of the several content management systems that were on the market prior.

Cockpit is an excellent alternative to consider if you need a flexible content structure but do not want to be restricted in how you may utilise the data. If you need a content management interface for static site builders, if you need to manage a big number of devices, or if you need to manage a large number of devices and a large number of devices, Cockpit is an excellent solution. Construct unique apps and request that Cockpit provide the required components for them to operate successfully.
