Once we do a few manual checks on the site to ensure this deployed correctly, we can merge this PR.

• Did a bit of a click through around the site, and it all seems to be working still.
• Checked that the updated google analytics JS + ID are in the generated code (which they are).
• Events seem to be flowing through to GA

So I think this is good to merge!
