- (LGBTQ, slang) A lesbian who has glamorously feminine characteristics, as opposed to a butch lesbian.

Usage notes
[edit]- Some distinguish a lipstick lesbian as one attracted to other feminine women, as opposed to femme, a feminine lesbian who is attracted to butch women.
