Yes, of course I checked both English and Russian. The ones that pass WP:CORPDEPTH are almost entirely sourced to Inform Polis, which is questionably RS and the coverage appears to be advertorial in any case. The remaining sources are event listings or are unambiguously non-RS. All that said, I'm wondering why - if you believe all these sources support its notability - you chose not to add even a single source to the article when you created it? The Russian News Agency TASS, the world's fourth largest news agency after Reuters and such, isn't a reliable news source for a music and culture festival in Siberia? Can you please link to a discussion that would support that argument? You didn't address the awards. Or the many other sources with subatantial coverage from reliable independemt sources that turn up in a Cyrillic langiahe search. FloridaArmy (talk) 20:45, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Like I said, I think a consensus has been repeatedly achieved throughout WP that RT and other news agencies wholly owned by the Russian Federation - including TASS - are not RS. I think this is a well-enough known fact that it's not necessary I dig up a link, so I apologize but I'll have to decline that request. However, I'd like to clarify I am doing so purely for purposes of time management and efficacy (i.e. I don't believe anyone likely to !vote in this thread will be unaware of this point, ergo, it is not a valuable use of my time to generate the list of diffs) and not as a personal slight towards you.
