Kulachi or Kolachi (Balochi: کولاچی) is a Baloch and Brahui tribe of Dodai Rajput origins[1][2][3] that got its name from the Kolach or Kolanch area of Makran.[4] The city of Karachi in Sindh may have derived its name from this tribe.[5][2]
