Refund policy

All of our products are non-refundable, but if you have received a product that is defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us here. If your defect is a breakage you must take photos of the packaging and the broken product and email it with your order number to obtain a replacement product, failure to produce any evidence of breakage is a refund or replacement won’t be offered. 

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered minus any discounts and delivery charges Drydrinker occurs  within 14 days from the date of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is the later. We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date, but please remember all you need to do is contact us if you have any questions. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible in this instance. The customer is fully responsible for postage costs in order to return the products to us and there must be a minimum of 10 products remaining!. This however doesn’t apply to goods that have been opened as we don’t offer any credit or refunds. Regardless of size of order please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to ensure all items are correct, failure to due to will result in a refund not given if any damage or discrepancies have occurred. If damage has occurred please ensure a photograph is taken and emailed as part of your claim clearly showing our branding and the shipping label using the form here
