Inspiration
We just wanted to create something which brought a smile to people's faces and one of the best ways to do that is through memes.
What it does
People get to choose from trending video meme templates and morph their or their friend's faces into them! It's hilarious as well as implements cutting edge deep learning tech.
How we built it
We built a deep learning model to morph an image into a video. Then hosted it globally, developing a flask API to be integrated in our flutter app! We also used Auth0 for the authentication.
Challenges we ran into
Connecting Backend to the Flutter App was a very difficult task for us.

We actually connected the whole thing together. And its functional

What's next for SillyCam
We are going to go through many changes and there will be a save and download feature connecting the whole thing to cloud. And then maybe deploy for production. Also the UI will be heavily improved
