labelfig – Label LaTeX 2.09 figures included in documents
The user specifies a table of labels (in a group \SetLabels ... \endSetLabels), and then includes the graphic and places the labels at the same time using the command \AffixLabels.
The package can draw a grid over your figure, to ease estimation of the labels' required location.
