HELLO MARCH!!! Great pics, Tootie!  So far "in like a lamb" here....funny how we remember those sayings since we were kids, eh?  We are closer to Spring, Tootie, and for us in north that is exciting!  Two big celebrations this month too....wait...3... Spring arrives around 20th? 21st?👍🌷....St. Patrick's Day on 17th..👍🍀....EASTER on 31st..👍🐇.    Before that...time change on 11th⏰...ahead one hour.    HAPPY MARCH EVERYONE!

This morning I was looking for a sweatshirt  This afternoon looking or cooler  

Crazy weather for sure,

Tommorow is my oldest nieces BD  It is also Texas Independence Day.  Here at SO so many transplants not many natives.

I talked with brother  He and dog were going to pick up pizza.

Thought about doing laundry but saw someone taking a load of laundry in. Wil do laundry later.  

I am constantly amazed how clueless some people are.  I chose SO as it was one level.  A lady at lunch was talking about limited space on elevator,  HELLO if there is a fire elevators arent an option  To me just common knowledge.

walker, you sure are on it!  I do remember Out like a Lion - In like a Lamb. March is here and we now know what is in store!  The time change is the best one!!!😊Thank you!  Hope I retain this information for the the rest of the month😄  Today is Saturday!

Tootie, you are cold up there!  I'll bet you and walker are glad Spring is close.  I am tired of all the funky weather and Spring is perfect!  We will be 82 today - I will send some up your way🌞🌞

kittyfan, Hope you and the doglets are doing well.  Scooby and Seven would love to play, but they are waaay too big for such little ones. 

I did get a manicure - nail lady made a mistake.  She is a great lady and full of fun, so I will see her in two weeks.  I had another just do my nails.  She turned out to be the lady who did them at the previous salon and I didnt recognize her at all!  It has been a long while though.  Glad to see her - she is also great a fun.  It is such a pleasure to go there.  

Went to the Pharmacy and picked my meds - $00.00 Loved that! Home for a UB.  Nice day with nice people - a good combination.

walker, did you enjoy your fish fry? we got one too and it was delicious!! ... there are a lot of things happening this month ... next weekend, first up, the time change ...

kittyfan, I hope you were able to get your laundry done ... the conversation about the elevators having limited space must have been a "tongue biter" for you ...

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️

Happy Saturday!  Thanks, cookie, you got it.  I think it will be a fairly mild day.  So, March has definitely come in like a lamb!  I think February went out like a Lion with the storms on Tuesday!  

The fish fry last night, Tootie, was very good too....except the macaroni and cheese..not warm.  That is a treat for me because I rarely have it.  But, for some reason it doesn't stay warm at the fish fry.  I recall other years with same problem.  Fish and fries under warming lights but not the Mac'n Cheese...🙁...may I should donate one.  I have never seen so many people either....long line for food and they ran out of desserts.  Good evening though.  We'll go again.  

cookie, glad you had a winning day with manicure and ZERO cost on meds!   Happy Friday it was for you.

Good morning

Spring here in our corner of the world,  Courtyard is lovely and green,  I know the tree folks will be here to take out the trees marked.

When I talked to brother he told me when ne worked he would do meals on wheels on his lunch hour.  Did not surprise me.  He served for many years on a board.  The director is retiring and asked him to do a presentation.  He said he should be recognized for his long service.  I reminded him he has a building bearing his name, I was present at the dedication.  When we were on our mini jaunt we drove by.  He told me had driven his GS by one day.  Cute story about him seeing GDs name .  One day at a doctor apt we showed me a pic  I told him I was there  I did speak to him but things were so busy I wasnt surprised he didnt recall.  A well deserved honor.

I need to think about laundry.   

Walker:   I was watching gymnastics on TV one day.  I am thinking no way!  And their uniforms looked incredible uncomfortable!

I dont do well with heights at all.  And my balance issues (Cookie understands)!

HW pill day.  Jake will gobble his  Holly has to be tricked!!

kittyfan, your dear brother certainly has a wide range of services- is is a terrific guy to have around and he should be recognized for his services! I am totally with your on balance and heights. I have always not done well with heights.  Balance came left with old age! Your patio must be lovely - green and serene.

walker, I also chuckled about the "Elevator Lady"  - Another character for kittyfan's book - good name for her too!  Too bad about the mac n cheese at the fish fry but glad you had a good time - but no desserts???😲 

Tootie, glad you enjoyed your fish fry. Did they have desserts😋 Hope you are  getting some warmer weather. We will be cooler today - high of 77 with some winds.   Crazy weather!

cookie, no, our Fish Fry does not include dessert ... we'll have a nice couple of days with sun ... today high of 56 but tomorrow we might hit 68!! maybe you'll get outside today in your nice weather ...

walker, too bad that your mac and cheese wasn't warm, I do remember you mentioning that before ... but, you did have a good time anyways ... Coffee with friends....and mimosas too....happy day....and, thanks, cookie....Happy Sunday!  You are doing good.

Re...Fish Fry....lucky us as several people do donate desserts.  When we arrived there was a long table full of them.  We always get our dinner first and return for dessert.  This time there were so many people that grabbed desserts before we went back.  ☹️  Next time we'll do dessert first...haha!

kittyfan, your brother deserves the honor for his years of service to others.  👏👏  I know what you mean about gymnastics...flips, jumps, swinging....I'm amazed.
