I ordered quite a bit of stuff off their website during their big sale for my grandaughter.  Great bargains and yes, excellent packaging too.

@goldensrbest  Funny,  I had just the oppose experience,  but they made it right quickly.  I ordered several things.  One was a set that came in it's own box,  so that was fine, because the product box was but in the bigger box.  I also ordered 2 Milk Shakes and a serum.  Those were thrown loose in the box and smashed/leaked.  The outer box they used did not travel well and did not support the product well.  Whenever a company ships in a box,  they should recognize what is needed to support the product inside,  ESPECIALLY if they don't intend to use a lot of padding.  There was none in the box I received.   Beekman replaced my products quickly,  which I appreciated,  but I was surprised that the replacement box was not packaged much better.   Excellent CS.

love the face wipes. Use them every night and then rinse. Face softer. Eucalyptus is nice.

This is good to know. I just repurchased their glitter glue milkshake toner from hsn. The kid was halfway unscrewed and 1/3 of it leaked out in the box. Hsn was very quick to refund me.
