Four Seasons Set to Debut in Puerto Rico with Bahia Beach Property
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced its much-anticipated arrival to Puerto Rico, joining forces with Paulson Puerto Rico to manage a luxurious beachfront property at Bahia Beach in Rio Grande. This move marks the brand's debut on the island and expands its presence in the Caribbean. The resort and residences, nestled within 483 acres of lush natural beauty, are set to reopen as Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico in late 2025 following extensive renovations.
The property will feature 139 reimagined guest rooms and suites, alongside 85 private residences, with additional units joining the residential portfolio. Strategically located just 30 minutes from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, the resort aims to offer an elevated luxury lifestyle for travelers and residents alike.
