Biography

Briggs earned his B.A. in political science from West Chester University and his J.D. from Temple Law School. His professional experience includes working as a Political Adviser for the following people: State Senator Connie Williams, State Representative Daylin Leach, Congresswoman Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky and Commissioner Joe Hoeffel. He has also worked as an associate attorney for Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin Maxwell and Lupin.
