Tang ran for re-election for judge of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals 7th Appellate Circuit (Historical). She won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.
Tang was appointed to the court by Gov. Larry Hogan (R) on January 5, 2022, to replace Steven Gould.[1][2]
The Maryland Court of Special Appeals became the Appellate Court of Maryland, following a 2022 constitutional amendment that changed the court's name.[3]
