Recall supporters

The recall effort was organized by Elton residents Brandilyn Nicole Soileau, Brandon Wade Kelley, Jared Trahan, and Roderick Williams. Kelley told the American Press that the recall was started following allegations of irregularities with the 2022 mayoral election. Kelly said, "If they found that there were enough fraudulent votes to change the outcome of the election, of course, the people of Elton’s voices were not heard."[4]
