Elections
2010
Sigler was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 35. He defeated Democrat incumbent Sam Argento. He was one of two candidates running for the position in District 35 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. Sigler did not participate in the primary election because he was appointed to the position after the primary election had happened.[1][2]
Sigler's opponent, Sam Argento died on October 28, 2010. His name remained on the ballot. If he would have won the election, the governor would have made an appointment to fill his term.[3][4]
