Biography
Dianne Hart was born and lives in Tampa, Florida. Hart earned a B.S. in human services from Springfield College in 2017. Her career experience includes owning a business, and working as the CEO of the East Tampa Business and Civic Association and an accounting clerk with the General Telephone Electric Company.[1][2]
