Ben Hill County Probate Court, Georgia

The Ben Hill County Probate Court is a probate court with jurisdiction over Ben Hill County in Georgia. The court has exclusive, original jurisdiction over wills, estates, and involuntary hospitalization of adults. The court may hear violations of state fish and game law, traffic cases, and certain misdemeanors when there is no state court present.
