|I am running for Vermont’s congressional seat to provide fresh and effective leadership for Vermont in Washington D.C. I am a firm believer in liberty and our Constitutional Rights and I will defend both as your Congressional representative. I will focus on legislation to provide fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, economic growth and affordability in our state and nation. I support our military, veterans and law enforcement. I understand the need for border security on both the southern and northern border. I will stand up for American workers, American businesses and promote agriculture in our nation.
I will always work in the best interests of my constituents.
Since running for the U.S. House in 2018, I have stayed active in politics throughout the state. In 2020 I was elected to the Credentials Committee as a Vermont Delegate to the RNC and this year served as the Orleans County representative to the VT GOP Platform Committee. Currently I am serving as the Orleans County Committeewoman to the State Republican Party, as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Charleston Republican Committee and as the Vice Chair of the Orleans County Republican Committee.
- Economy and Affordability. Inflation and the rising cost of food, fuel and everyday essentials is a very serious concern in our state. While there are many contributing factors one of the main causes is irresponsible government policies, regulations and over spending. As your representative I will legislate to reduce spending and promote prosperity in our nation. I believe that Vermonters deserve to be at the forefront of American prosperity and I will work tirelessly to achieve that outcome for my state.
- Constitutional Rights and Freedom. I will use the Constitution as my guide when making any legislative decisions. I will not erode the freedoms that we hold dear and I will always defend free speech, religious liberty, parental rights and the right to bear arms.
- Homeland Security & Foreign Policy. Our nation must have secure borders, a strong military and well funded law enforcement to keep our citizens safe. We must also take an approach to foreign policy that place the safety of our citizens first while remaining aware of the important position we hold in the international community. In the best interest of our country we must maintain strength and respect in all dealings with foreign nations.
Constitutional Rights, Economic Growth and Foreign Policy.
