Bushra Mahadin
Bushra Mahadin, an Assistant Professor at the Marketing Department, at the American University of Madaba (AUM). I have completed her PhD in Banking and Financial Sciences/Marketing at the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences with a research interest in consumer behaviour, e-service quality, e-word of mouth, and social media marketing. I have served as the first marketing department chair at the Faculty of Business and Finance at AUM for the academic year 2012–2013, and chaired and served on many academic committees at the FBF and supervised student’s graduation projects. I have published research in the International Journal of Electronic Marketing and Retailing, International Journal of Services Economics and Management, International Journal of Web Based Communities, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Internet Research, and the International Journal of Enterprise Network Management.
