Terada Kenji was born July 11, 1952 in Tokyo, Japan. He is a scriptwriter, anime director, series organizer, novelist and scenario writer. Terada is probably best known for writing the first 3 games of the Final Fantasy series, Batman: Dark Tomorrow and the series organizer and main script writer for the Kimagure Orange Road series. He also wrote a manga based on the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series.
