A script for Eggdrop IRC bot to fetch random gifs from Giphy (with optional tag)

Just copy giphy.tcl to your eggdrop scripts directory, add to your Eggdrop configuration file, and edit the script the set config parameters. Set +giphy on any channels you want the command to be active.
