MetLinkR is an R package for automated cross-linking of human metabolite identities across datasets to facilitate metaanalysis. It relies on RefMet and RaMP-DB to standardize names and find cross-database links. MetLinkR is capable of linking common names, HMDB IDs, KEGG IDs, LIPID MAPS IDs, PubChem IDs, and ChEBI IDs for human metabolites. Our vignette (see below) contains instructions on how to format your identifiers so that metLinkR can cross-link them for you.
You'll need to install the RaMP package with the following code:
