1. Purpose
Simple screen capture tool. The built-in simple image editor allows users to block out private information or mark up areas
of the screen. 

In addition, the editor can take new screenshots of only the area of the screen under the editor window; resize 
amd reposition the editor window over the area of interest and select the Capture item from the Tools menu.

2. Installing
No install.

Follow the wizard to capture and edit a picture of your screen.

No uninstall.
