This tool help you to change PGS format( known as *.sup file) subtitle Presentation Timestamp(PTS).

It read segments header from sup file, And change Presentation Timestamp, Then write it to new file.

SupSubtitleShifter [sup file] [delay time]

delay time is in seconds with three digit under point. (eg 10.123) set minus value for early presentation.
