Update bug_bounty_scanner.py

- CSRF Protection: Checks for missing CSRF tokens in forms.

-  Command Injection: Adds command injection payloads and checks.
- Robust URL Discovery: Finds URLs in forms and JavaScript.

- Configurable Payloads: Loads payloads from external files. (CREATE YOUR OWN AND ADD IT MINE ARE NFS >:( 

- Rate Limiting: Controls the rate of requests to avoid overwhelming the target.

- Proxy Support: Allows scanning through a proxy.
