An introduction to signal processing in MNE

Resources for an introductory course for signal processing in the MNE-Python and MNE-Connectivity packages.

Guided tutorials and exercises are provided as Jupyter notebooks in the Notebooks folder (see below for the topics).
Solutions for the notebooks are provided in the Teacher Resources/Notebooks folder.

Presentations introducing and concluding the topics are provided in the Presentations folder.

Some useful resources for Python beginners are provided in the Useful Python Links file.

Installation

Please follow the installation instructions before the course to set up your machine with all the required software.
