Just compile it using the following command：
sudo make all -j16
sudo make test -j16
sudo make pycaffe
sudo make matcaffe -j16
sudo make mattest -j16
If you don't want to download caffe,You can copy files to your corresponding path from 'caffe_to_fast_rcnn(cpu)' to 'caffe-fast-rcnn'.
