With version 4.0 Isar is getting back web support. What if...
Based in #184.

Issues at the moment:

can't make http request on firefox because of CORS something something
on chromium only the favicon check fails, it is possible to login
Isar watcher are not working on web (because of the lack of persistence?) so the app is just crashing on /

TODO

build and deploy on github pages
add a BIG warning about the experimental nature of this build with bells and whistle on the login screen
