    About the Business

Time spent in the exquisite Santa Fe salt cave is an unforgettable experience, promoting both deep relaxation and natural healing. Lie back in a zero-gravity chair, in a room lined with Himalayan pink salt crystals, surrounded by gentle soothing music, and leave the cares of the world behind. Salt is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory and studies show that salt therapy can bring about significant improvement in conditions such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, sinus congestion, COPD, allergies, lung diseases and skin ailments. There can also be an uplift in mood, since the cave is saturated with minute salt particles, which give out negative ions, known to help with depression. So a visit to the salt cave can have positive benefits from the inside out, body, mind and spirit. Reservations are recommended.

I had two lovely and super relaxing visits enjoying the ionic foot detox. The room is cozy and the massage chairs are epic!
Planning to go back for all of the other offerings soon!
This is a woman owned and operated business. ‍ and they are so nice !

Our AirBNB had a little flyer so we called to see what it was all about. Made an appt., arrive 5-10 mins early, check in, take off your shoes. If you don't have on socks they sell them or have free disposable footies.
Sessions are 45 minutes and definitely worth the $40+tax.

Yes, it is off the main road in a tiny little strip mall. :) Don't let that dissuade you.

Cheers to having a sweet time in a salt cave! I'm relaxed and my sinuses are clear. It's so important to take time for self care and this spot was just the place for it. The ambience in the cave was so cool with mellow lighting and calming music. Take time for yourself, lean back, and let go.

Neptune, the owner's dog, is sweet and adorable!

My husband and I have always been curious about checking the Santa Fe Salt Cave out. Had family visiting from out of town and we unanimously decided to finally do it. What a cool experience! If you read up on all the healing properties of salt exposure which has been known forever, this little Santa Fe gem is truly a great find. 45 minutes of relaxation, with calm, meditative music in a cool, dimly lit, pink salt cave. At first you will see a store front and wonder how is this possible??!! Just check it out you will not be disappointed!!

This place was so freaking cool! It was such a nice break from the hot New Mexico summer. The store front is in a small shopping center away from the busiest parts of the city. they ask that you either bring your own socks or they have disposable booties for you to wear. There are these great chairs that will lay you out flat. Beware you will probably take a little nap. They have soothing music playing and lights on the ceiling that look like stars. The whole cave is full of the salt. The walls, the floor, the décor. They ring a gong to let you know they will be opening the door soon. You will leave relaxed!

      So relaxing. Great ambiance!

you know how businesses come and go and Santa Fe?
I hope this business never leaves us!
because if they do leave and another one comes to replace them, it won't be the same!
as this cave is the only salt cave I have found to have 9 tons of Himalayan salt !
I have visited and been to other Himalayan salt caves, and this one in Santa Fe truly has the best vibes, clean and pure positive energy.
enormous, thanks to Santa Fe salt cave for big impact for such a small fee

Amazing! Definitely worth the visit .
We decided to go to SantaFe Salt Cave because we wanted something beneficial to our health and at the same time a relaxing experience. It's 45 minutes of peaceful tranquility. The benefits were worth the 35.00 , go treat yourself!
This is not just any Salt Cave. It is evident the Owner has invested in giving the customer an all around experience.
I highly recommend this place !

A very healing and tranquil place for self care. This place is very special and the healing properties of pink Himalayan salt are amplified in this amazing cave, with salt all around you, under your feet, and in the air. Take time to escape your day to day and give yourself an hour of relaxing, grounding, and intentional calm and stillness. The cave was a great size. They have lots of great products, essential oils, clothing, hats, etc. The merchandise is a bit pricey but a nice option.
