I stopped here twice (but, really ordered three times) while staying at a nearby hotel. I ordered breakfast via mobile order to dine in. Then, I ordered coffee to go as I was finishing my breakfast. And I made a late night trip to the drive through for a McFlurry when I was a little hungry at night. When I got breakfast, my wife ordered separately (she got it in gear before I did that morning).
All of the orders were correct. They were all properly made. And, the service was pretty friendly.
It was clean inside. I was initially mildly annoyed that they'd mopped the floor between where I was sitting eating breakfast and where I had to go to pick up my coffee, but seeing my hesitance to mess up the newly mopped floors, the lady who was mopping reassured me that she didn't mind mopping up any footprints I might leave.

I frequent this location because I work in the area. One of the things I have found it that, for whatever reason, they lie about ice cream. A couple weeks ago I went through the drive through and order a cone. They said the machine was down. I then opened the app and ordered it. A couple minutes later, they delivered it to my car. Today the same thing happened. I went through the drive through and ordered. She said they didn't have any. I went inside and spoke to the manager about my order, an issue with the app. He put the order in and sure enough, a cone was delivered with the rest of my order. Why is that such an issue or burden for them? Does it really take that much time or effort? So, if they say they are out of something or a machine isn't working, it's probably a lie.

My first time coming for breakfast. I used the app to get the buy one get one breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. They brought it to my table and even brought me a refill on my coffee. I noticed a table of what I would assume are regulars and they were speaking to another couple about how nice the staff at this location are. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back.

I grab the occasional Diet Coke here, and have always had a fairly decent experience at this specific location.
This morning in the drive-thru, I happened to have my very calm, and sweet dog in the car. Literally just sitting there. The manager, Jasmine went out of her way to give me the crazy eyes and unable to keep her glass door open. Not a fan of making people feel uncomfortable. If I could leave negative stars, I would. The absolutely worst customer service ever. I speak Spanish, but no one working here seems to know any English or they're just plain rude. They will ignore the customer. I gave my order number and they just walked away. I didn't know if they were preparing or order or just ignoring me. I'm not a Karen...but I wanted to go Karen in here so bad. After 10 minutes, they finally brought my order. No thank you, no courtesy, just plain rude. They should start by firing the manager, I blame this on them.

Antonio Turner is a very nice and helpful server he seemed to be he only one really doing his job there and doing most of the work. He brought us our food and was cleaning as well. He was also very welcoming to new people and he 100 percent deserves a raise and to be promoted.

The staff is friendly and the service is excellent especially Katherine. She helped us with the KIOSK and made it very easy for us and even showed us how we could save money on our order. The food was hot and fresh and Katherine came and checked on us at our table to see if we needed refills.
