Arby's

Horrible customer service. The drive thru was empty when I pulled in and no one said anything to me when in pulled up to the speaker and when they did they were rude. When I pulled up to the window they were to engaged in their own conversations to help me. Over all bad service.

Excellent service. Smile on their faces. Used a coupon of course. They explained the total price in the drive through after I requested if I could change anything to the coupon. Food was fresh. Normally when you add extra sauces to a sandwich your chancing of having a mess when opening the wrapper. With this store it wasn't the case. Sandwich was great.

I stopped after 2 day trip.
I had some garbage to put into garbage. NO WE ARE NOT ALLOWING anyone to put garbage in our cans!
I guess Arby's want the street full of garbage. I'm glad other fast food places know garbage in garbage bags can not infect people but garbage thrown around because Arby's won't have garbage bags for garbage!

What a huge joke this place is...... @ 9:40pm I just wanted two jamocha milk shakes. Lady replies I'm sorry we don't serve milkshakes this late...WTF..... are you serious?? That's ok.. Burger King was more then happy to take my 4 milkshake orders.

Absolutely horrible service! Girl in drive thru was rude during ordering. Pulled up to notice that no one was wearing gloves or masks. Asked for a refund. She said "I'm not doing this" and shut the window on me. Will not be going back.
